A newborn first

Guys- I have to admit, I was terrified when I got a request for a newborn session. I had been planning and studying to do one for a while because one of my close friends is pregnant and had asked me to do her newborn session. I was casually taking online classes on posing but since my friend isn't due for a couple more months I knew I had plenty of time. When this little sweet cheeks' Momma contacted me to do her newborn daughters session I couldn't say no. And I'm so happy I did it! She was a little older than we had hoped at the session, but thats ok, we just ended up with more images of her awake.

I mean- look at that sweet face!!! She was awake, she was sleepy, she smiled. She was just perfect. Now I can not wait for my friends little girl, and what I hope are many more newborn sessions to come.
